The Vulnerable Brain Lab (VBL) strives to cultivate its members into becoming phenomenal researchers and people. However, you can't do that effectively without some fun on the side!
The VBL team is all about having fun but also conducting research that has the potential to make an impact in the scientific community.
The Research
To accomplish our research goals, the VBL has a heavy emphasis on learning new things through teamwork and communication. We’re always looking to discover new things and integrate new techniques into the lab! New members of the lab have a huge pool of expertise to learn from.
The Conferences
The VBL loves having students attend research conferences, both locally and abroad! These are great opportunities to show what you’ve been researching, learn, network, and have fun with the rest of the team.
The Fun
A strong lab team cannot be formed without fun, community-building events! The VBL always tries to have large meetups a few times a year to relax and talk about things outside of just research.
